As moderator you have often taken actions as a result of harrassment. Tell me, dear Amtrak, how often a poster has to harrass someone until you take action? Once? Twice? Three times? Or do you expect one warning to suffice?

1 - He did not call when we agreed, did not want to "discuss" and later lied on the board and said I was playing a victim and didn't want to talk.

2 - He called late at night when I had no intention of talking. (He also didn't ask on that one. The calls came without warning) We agreed to "edit" two posts and he pulled the thread, claiming I agreed to it. Another lie.

3 - He called again AFTER being told not to. Now you tell me, Matt, how often does someone have to warn another before their own personal sanctuary - their home - is not in danger of being violated? On the board it would be ONE warning. I gave Holmey SEVERAL.

On the first call I said DO NOT CALL to berated me. If you want to discuss that's something else.

After the second call I posted ON THE BOARD - DO NOT CALL ME. Since he replied to one of those posts he can't claim ignorance even tho he tried.

On the third call - AFTER he was repeated warned - he still didn't have the common sense that God gave a goose and started spouting after I told him I did not wish to talk to him.

You're a hypocrite, Matt. You were so freaked out over a suggestion of a phone call that you refused to answer yet you seem to believe it's okay that Holmey makes unwanted calls. You didn't want them yourself yet its ok for The Prince to make them. That makes you a hypocrite. And now you've joined the liars club.

My making a report with the police on James Holms (wonder if that googles now) had nothing to do with dialogue over the ANS debacle as much as y'all wish it did. It was completely and solely over phone calls that I deem were harrassing and berating as well as being unwanted. The first one he had permission for, NOT the others.

What don't you get now?
